Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced small
6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
3 to 4 c. milk
1 small/medium onion, diced very small
1 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour (to thicken)
parsley (for color)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation

Boil potatoes in minimum amount of water; add parsley, butter, onion, salt and pepper.
Boil until tender.
Add milk, flour and eggs; then add to boiled potatoes.
Bring to a slow boil, stirring often.
Serve very hot.
