Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. cup dairy sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Remove bone and cut or tear into small chunks.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together in bowl the chicken soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and spread evenly over top.
Spoon melted margarine over cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
