Apricot Chicken Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Margarine
    2 Tbsp. Olive oil
    8 Skinned Chicken Breasts
    1/2 c. Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 c. Apricot Preserves
    1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    1/2 c. Nonfat Yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Slivered Almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine with oil in a baking pan.
    Shake the chicken in a bag with the flour and salt.
    Place in a single layer pan.
    Bake 25 minutes.
