Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices lean bacon
    2 c. clam juice
    2 c. diced raw potato
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. milk
    seasoned salt, celery salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chopped clams
Preparation
    Fry bacon;
    drain
    and\tcrumble.
    Add
    onion and celery until transparent.
    Add
    juice
    and
    diced potato.
    Cook for a few minutes,
    but
    not until potatoes are soft.
    Mix the flour and melted butter with a small amount of liquid; add gradually to clams
    and\tpotato mixture.
    Bring to a boil, slowly adding rest of seasoning.
    Stir well.
    Serves 10 to 12.
