Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
3 eggs
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
6 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Add pineapple and mix well.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Melt butter and add cubed bread to butter and put on top of mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Can be used for fruit or dessert. Also hot or cold.
