Honey-Pecan Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh pork chops
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Pound each chop to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Dredge chops in flour, shaking off excess.
    Heat one tablespoon butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Add chops and brown on both sides, about 5 to 6 minutes.
    Stir together remaining butter, honey and pecans.
    Add to skillet; stir gently.
    Cover and simmer gently for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Remove pork chops to serving platter and pour the sauce over them.
    Preparation time: 20 minutes.
