Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. orange or pineapple juice
    2 lb. chicken breast, cut in 3/4-inch strips
    1/2 c. teriyaki lite sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Spray skillet with canola oil and add juice, teriyaki and chicken to iron skillet. Bring to a boil; cover. Cook until 1/4-inch of liquid is in bottom of skillet. Add 2 tablespoons honey; turn frequently until brown in color. Cook 25 to 30 minutes. Do not cook on low temperature.
