Fried Bass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bass fillet, cut in 1/2-inch thick strips
lemon pepper seasoning
corn meal
salt
lemon juice
mustard
fat (for frying)
Preparation

Mix salt, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice and mustard together.
Coat fillets with mixture; let stand 1 to 2 hours. Roll in corn meal and fry in hot, deep fat.
