Unbelievable Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg whites
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and cold water.
Stir in boiling water and cook to thicken.
Cool.
Add lemon juice to egg whites and beat to soft peaks.
Add sugar gradually.
Add cornstarch mixture.
Beat until well blended.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
