Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, diced
2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dry parsley
1 stick margarine
1 qt. water
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Cook all ingredients except milk until tender.
Drain, saving liquid.
Blend potato mixture until smooth.
Return to pot, adding the broth you saved and the milk.
Stir well.
Heat on low just until mixture is hot.
Serves 6 people.
