Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 pkg. (envelope) low calorie Ranch dressing
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drained
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Completely thaw spinach.
    Squeeze dry.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Ranch dressing together.
    Add spinach.
    Chop water chestnuts fine.
    Add to mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with cut-up veggie and cracks.
    Low in calorie; high in flavor.
