Light And Creamy Scallops And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided use
    1 lb. bay scallops or thinly sliced sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
    2 large red bell peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    8 oz. thin dry spinach noodles
    1 c. dry white wine
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    In a wide nonstick frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine over medium heat.
    Add scallops and cook, stirring just until opaque (1 or 2 minutes).
    Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
