Tabbouleh Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cracked bulgur wheat
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1/2 c. chopped green onion
pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
Preparation

Combine bulgur wheat, boiling water and salt in bowl.
Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
Add garlic, lemon and oil; mix and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, add the rest of ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
