Jean Goodwin'S Apple Pie And Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
    cold water
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour.
    Put into bowl or plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to use.
    Use 1 cup for 1 pie crust.
    Add cold water to make correct consistency.
    For 2 pie crusts, use 1 3/4 to 2 cups.
