Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Slice cabbage, green pepper and onion very fine.
Mix the sugar, salt, dry mustard and celery seed in saucepan.
Add oil and vinegar; let mixture come to a boil until sugar dissolves (about 3 minutes).
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
