Chicken Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    10 chicken thighs (about 3 lb.)
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    minced fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken pieces.
    In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the chicken in oil.
