Shrimp Neptune - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. green spinach noodles
    2 lb. peeled shrimp
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    3 tsp. cooking sherry
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook green noodles according to package directions and drain. In a skillet, saute raw shrimp in margarine for 5 minutes or until pink.
    Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, mushrooms and sherry.
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, make layers beginning with green noodles, shrimp and sauce.
    Then top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people.
