Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large, unpeeled potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut each potato into 8 wedges lengthwise.
    Arrange, peel side down, in a shallow baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
