Carrot And Sunflower Seed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium carrots, grated
4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 scallions, minced
6 lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine garlic, pepper, salt, vinegar and oil in bowl, whisking to combine.
Add to carrots along with sunflower seeds and scallions.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
