Maureen'S Pork Chops 'N Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
    3 c. soft bread cubes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Place into shallow baking dish. (Sometimes I do mine in electric skillet.)
    Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.
    Blend soup and 1/3 cup water.
    Pour over chops.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
