Cream Of Crab-Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    2 c. whole milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    8 oz. pkg. imitation crabmeat or 7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli; drain and set aside. Saute onion in butter until transparent; blend in flour. Add milk gradually; stir and cook until thickened and smooth. (Use wire whisk.) Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot soup. Add seasonings, crab and broccoli; heat through but do not boil.
