Mushroom Goulash With Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large mushrooms, chopped
    1 diced eggplant *
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. fat
    salt, pepper and marjoram to season
Preparation
    Combine mushrooms, eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers and garlic.
    Simmer in fat; season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Cook for 20 minutes.
