Percy'S Country Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes (good sized), peel, slice thin about 1/16 of an inch
1 large yellow onion, peel, slice or dice
3 Tbsp. lard
about 1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. good quality pepper
Preparation

Mix onion with potatoes.
Heat large black iron skillet. Grease skillet with lard.
Add potatoes and onions.
Put lard on top of potatoes and onions.
Add salt and pepper.
Put lid on and cook slowly until well done, about 30 to 40 minutes.
