Fresh Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cauliflower flowerets
    4 c. broccoli flowerets
    8 large, fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 celery stalks, cut in strips
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 onion, separated into rings
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
    Shake remaining ingredients in a jar.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Cover and chill. Makes 12 servings and will keep up to 2 weeks.
