Clayton Knight'S Peoples Choice Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (1/2-inch cubes) blade steak
    1/2 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    8 oz. tomato juice
    8 oz. chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown blade
    steak.
    Trim off fat and skin.
    Unseasoned tenderizer may
    be\tadded
    before
    preparation.
    Blend or chop bell pepper, onion and garlic; set mixture aside.
    Pour tomato juice in Dutch oven
    and
    chopped
    tomatoes.
    Now
    add browned meat and at this
    point
    put Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chili powder and
    ground
    cumin.
    Now
    add\tthe mixture of bell pepper, onion
    and\tgarlic\tcloves.
    Add red kidney beans and Tabasco sauce.
    As\tchili
    cooks, add more tomato juice or crushed tomatoes to make consistency of chili just the way you like it.
