Chops 'N Rice(For 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 c. consomme
    1/4 c. water
    2 thick pork chops, well trimmed
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Put raw rice in greased baking dish; add chops.
    Rinse skillet with 1/2 cup water.
    Pour over rice.
    Add consomme, cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
