Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (No. 203) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    Pour small amount of juice over mixture. Sprinkle crackers on top.
    Pour butter over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
