Caramel Custard Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar, caramelized
    3 whole eggs
    3 egg yolks
    2 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    14 oz. milk
Preparation
    Caramelize sugar over medium heat.
    Pour into Pyrex pie pan and tip quickly to coat bottom.
    Blend rest of ingredients in blender for 7 minutes and pour over caramelized sugar.
    Place pan in 1/2-inch water bath and bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
    Invert to serve.
