Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
4 egg yellows, beaten
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups water until thick, about 1 minute.
Beat egg yellows and lemon juice.
Add the two together and cook for 5 minutes.
Put into a 9-inch graham crust or baked pie crust.
