Dian'S Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bag new potatoes
    2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. minced garlic
    2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to your taste
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well; do not peel.
    Place potatoes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven and bake whole until halfway done, usually about 30 minutes, depending on size of potatoes.
    Take out of oven and let cool.
