Chicken Breast In Wine - cooking recipe

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
0.5 lb. ham (pre-packaged deli style)
0.25 lb. Swiss cheese (low-fat works well)
4 oz. bread crumbs
4 oz. white cooking wine
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
(Pound chicken pieces flat.)
Wrap chicken breasts around a piece of ham and a piece of Swiss cheese. Beat eggs in bowl.
Dip the wrapped chicken breasts in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Place chicken breasts in shallow baking dish.
Pour white wine into dish.
Do not pour directly onto chicken breasts.
Cover pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 50 minutes, until chicken is firm to the touch.
