Lemon Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 pie shell, uncooked
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add flour and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add buttermilk and flavoring.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
