Favorite Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

1 lb. macaroni
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Velveeta
4 Tbsp. butter
8 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed and drain.
Grate cheese.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and cook until it bubbles. Warm milk and slowly add to flour mixture.
Bring to boil, stirring and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese.
Combine with macaroni and pour into two 2-quart greased casseroles.
Freeze one for later and bake other at 350\u00b0 until golden and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
