Banana Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. dark raisins
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Grease a 9-inch square pan.
    In a large bowl, cream the butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Blend flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas, ending with dry ingredients.
    Fold in carrots and raisins.
    Turn into baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Turn out of pan; cool completely.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
    Makes 16 squares.
