German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    8 slices bacon
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    small green peppers, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in peeling.
    Cool.
    Peel and cut in squares. Cook bacon.
    Save 1/4 cup of drippings.
    Set aside.
    Add sugar, flour and vinegar to drippings.
    Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
    Mix potato, bacon, green peppers and pimento. Pour dripping mix over potato mixture and mix.
