Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium onions
    4 c. cabbage
    10 green tomatoes
    12 green bell peppers
    6 red bell peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
    4 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop each vegetable separately in food processor.
    Add salt, stir, and allow to sit overnight.
    Drain.
    In the morning, combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and add vegetables.
    Bring to a boil again, reduce heat and simmer approximately 3 minutes. Put into hot jars and seal.
