Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large ripe tomatoes (do not peel)
    4 large carrots, sliced
    4 large onions, chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. garlic (optional)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    12 oz. tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients (except tomato paste) for 20 minutes; stir frequently.
    Add tomato paste.
    Cook another 10 minutes, uncovered. Put in blender a little at a time on puree.
    Do not fill blender to full because the mixture will spill over when turned on.
    Freeze or cold pack.
    This is an excellent spaghetti sauce.
