Swiss Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 small carton half and half
    1 pkg. hash browns
    lots of grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; add half and half.
    Pour over hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with Swiss cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
