Tri-Tip Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tri-tip roast
    Montreal Steak Seasoning
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow pan.
    Season to taste.
    Cook for 25-30 minutes.
    Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for an additional 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let meat rest 5 - 10 minutes before carving. Roast will be medium to medium rare.
    Slice across grain.
