Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. dry wine
    few dashes of Tabasco
    2 pkg. cocktail sausages
Preparation
    Blend cheese, butter, flour, wine and Tabasco thoroughly with a fork.
    Put pastry together into large ball.
    Take 1 teaspoon pastry at a time and wrap around one small sausage.
    Roll in palms so links are completely covered with pastry, covering will be thin.
    Be sure none of the sausage shows through.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet, about 1-inch apart.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven, about 15 minutes.
