Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put a layer of potatoes in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with some of the flour, salt and pepper.
    Repeat until all potatoes are used.
    Pour milk over potatoes and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue baking until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
    If not brown enough, place under broiler.
