24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white cherries
    2 cans pineapple bits
    24 marshmallows
    1 pt. whipping cream
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook milk, juice of 1 lemon and egg yolks over low heat.
    Pour over all fruit which has been drained.
    Stir in whipping cream last.
    Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
