Hamburger Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.
    Shape into 6 not too thin patties.
    Dip in flour, then in buttermilk, then in flour.
    Fry slowly in deep fat until brown.
