Pasta Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
1 head garlic, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions.
Saute onion, garlic and bacon together.
Drain pasta and return to pot.
Over low heat, stir in eggs and Parmesan.
Heat until eggs are set.
Add bacon, onion and garlic mixture with bacon grease.
Stir and serve with Parmesan for sprinkling on top.
