Polynesian Pork And Shrimp Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked pork
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1 1/2 lb. large shrimp (about 30), cooked and cleaned
    1 c. green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tsp. soy sauce
    finely chopped crystallized ginger (generous dash)
    dash of ground cloves
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings for appetizers.
