Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar (use 1- 1/4 c. if coconut is not sweet)
    2/3 stick margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can grated coconut or 2 c. frozen coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (3/4 c.)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
    Check it because sometimes it takes a little longer.
