Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    garlic salt to taste
    prepared mustard to taste
    oregano to taste
    thyme to taste
    chicken broth (optional)
