Beef And Corn Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper as desired
    sprinkle of garlic powder
    beef cubes
    corn-on-the-cob
    green peppers
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix oil, vinegar and spices in glass container.
    Add beef; stir to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 or more hours, stirring occasionally.
    Remove beef.
    Place beef, corn, peppers and tomatoes about 1/4-inch apart.
    Brush with marinade.
    Cover and grill 4 to 5 inches form coals.
    Turn and marinate occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
