California Roll Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 flour tortillas
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 1/2 oz. chopped black olives
2 1/2 oz. diced green chiles
2 c. diced cooked chicken (optional)
salsa
Preparation

Have ready the tortillas.
Mix together the next five ingredients.
Add chicken, if desired.
Spread mixture on tortillas.
Roll tortillas and set in casserole dish with tortillas seam side down.
Cover with a damp towel.
Refrigerate several hours.
Slice.
Serve with salsa as an appetizer.
