Baked Pastry Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Prepare Pastry For Single-Crust Pie as directed, except prick the bottom and sides with the tines of a fork.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
    Cool on a wire rack.
